Cancellation
Due to the current COVID pandemic scenario, our accommodation cancellation policy consists of scheduling for another period within one year from the original date of your accommodation. If you still don’t know when you want to come, the guest receives a letter of credit to use for their next stay, at no additional cost. We do not return the deposited amounts.
